The Foundation’s National Board of Directors has adopted bylaws, policies and procedures for the regulation of the activities of the Foundation and its Regional Board of Directors. These include, but are not limited to, policies and procedures related to the review and evaluation of applications, the acceptance or rejection of grant applications by the Regional Board of Directors, and the adherence of the Foundation to all regulatory requirements. The National Executive Director will administer these policies and procedures and report as needed to the National Board of Directors as to the Foundation’s compliance with them.
